The original gray water drainage hose went below the floor on the inside of the frame (see arrow)
VERY awkward to get to and we could only put a shallow bucket underneath it.
The other day I got an inspiration.
I figured that I could move it,
and I did!
After making sure the drainage cap could be removed & hose pulled up,
I proceeded to drill a hole where I wanted it (after carefully measuring of course)
The hose fits!
I also put some sealant on it before screwing it in, just in case!
Perfect!
I have my new gray water collection!
This entire set-up pretty much came from "The Beans", but heck it's a great idea. I woulda never though of it on my own.
Everything packs up nicely in my Flett dairy case. The wood is to raise it up in case there is a slope.
